The Plant

Palmarosa, cymbopogon martini, is an aromatic grass with long, slender stems and fragrant, grassy leaves.  It is native to India and still grows wild there, in addition to being cultivated.  It is a tall grass, reaching up to 3 meters at maturity.  Also known as rosha grass or Indian geranium, the leaves can be harvested about every 4 months. read more...
